Artist

Miyuiki Hashimoto is a Japanese artist who creates realistic animal miniatures. While working as a product designer, she was moved by her first encounter with animals in Africa, and started making animal models. She creates her sculptures based on the animals she observes in national parks, zoos, roadsides and streets around the world. She uses digital sculpting and a 3D printer to create her works, which are very detailed. The coloring is all done by hand, creating a unique work of art that looks like a painting in three dimensions.
